Barbecue Steak, Quick Easy and Delicious

When it comes to the barbecue, steak recipes should be a cook's specialty. There is nothing in food like a well cooked steak on the grill. There are hundreds of chefs worldwide who would debate over the best way to cook a steak but I appreciate the opinion of "to each their own," however I have some suggestions. Preparing a nice spice rub for the steak to marinate in prior to going on the grill is essential to a nice gourmet steak. Store bought Cajun spices dressed up with some pepper or steak spice if you have on hand. This will add a brilliant taste to the meat and after trying it you won't be able to have a steak any other way.
