Two Part Barbecue Recipe for the Best Ribs
By admin on May 5th, 2010
Many people say ribs are all in the sauce however I like to think they are all in the barbecue recipe and cooking methods. First before anything I may lightly spice the ribs with some pepper or even some steak spice if I'm looking for some heat. Then double wrapping them in foil and leaving them to stew in their own juices is enough. Put them in the oven for three to four hours at 350 degrees. This will lightly cook the ribs and allow them to embrace their natural flavours. After this take the ribs out and place them right on a pre heated barbecue. Here feel free to add any sort of sauces or additions you wish although naturally flavoured ribs are my personal favourite. Leave them on for another fifteen to thirty minutes depending on the size of the rack and enjoy.
