At Big Earl's BBQ you can enjoy a traditional pulled pork sandwich or ribs, with a unique side like deep-fried pickles dipped in blue cheese, southern-style sausage balls with hot mustard, or fried sweetbreads with Green Goddess dressing. For seafood lovers, there are the barbecued oysters and catfish po'boy, and those with a taste for the unusual can order dishes like oven-roasted beef bone marrow with pickled okra, pickled pigs feet, and roasted pork belly.
